Matt came to service our boiler. He was on time and efficient and he gave us a full run down of the results of the service afterwards, which is more than British Gas used to do. He previously came out to fix our boiler at 6pm on a Friday, which was much appreciated!

We had a central heating breakdown the week before Christmas. Matt came out the same evening of our call and diagnosed the problem. He didn’t have the part to repair it, but told us what we needed. He was prompt, professional and polite and we will definitely be using Viking Heating when we replace our boiler later this year.
Matt and Viking Heating installed a new pressurised heating system and boiler in our home several years ago, which was very professionally done and has worked very since. Recent experiences include our annual boiler service and a call out for what turned out to be a faulty valve we're also great - we remain very happy with the service we've had since!
Viking Heating has done some excellent plumbing work for us. They upgraded and improved our central heating system, fixed a failed bath jet pump system and recently did a thorough boiler service giving good feedback on relevant issues.
